Visit to the Foundation

The George Zongolopoulos Foundation welcomes visitors to the former residence and studio of George and Eleni Zongolopoulos, and also offers opportunities for study and research into their work.

Within the Foundation's premises, visitors can explore an exhibition of sculptures and paintings. In the studio, beyond the artworks themselves, one can also discover the tools and materials used by both artists.

Operating Hours

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

Every first Sunday of the month, following the guided tour of the Psychiko Open-Air Sculpture Gallery, visitors are also welcomed for a tour of the Foundation’s premises.
Free admission.

How to Get Here

By Public Means of Transportation

Metro: Panormou Station, and from there take bus 653 to the stop "2nd El. Venizelou Square". The Foundation is located near the square, crossing Mavili Street at its intersection with Demokratias Avenue (approximately a 5-minute walk).

By private vehicle

From Kifissias Avenue, head toward the entrance of Psychiko (at the Zongolopoulos Umbrellas installation). Continue straight onto Diamantidou Avenue until you reach 2nd El. Venizelou Square. Stay in the left lane and turn right onto Solomou Street, which intersects with Demokratias Avenue. Turn left onto Demokratias Avenue, and at the end of the block, just after the intersection, you will find the Foundation on the right (No. 49). Parking availability may vary in the surrounding area.
