DESCRIPTION: Giorgos Zongolopoulos created the sculpture Rhombus with Plates during the period 1976–1982, when he was experimenting with the use of plates. The geometric shape of the square as a rhombus harmoniously interacts with the spiral plates, achieving perfect symmetry, which is disrupted by the movement of the plates when set in motion.
